Event Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Vendor Set-Up: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (No earlybirds)
This is a rain or shine event. Vendors will be assigned a green space upon arrival and must provide their own tables, chairs, and shelter as needed.
We allow only one vendor per category to ensure a unique variety.
To participate, vendors must provide a free item, activity, or educational piece for children—this event is focused on family fun, services, and community engagement.

Food Truck
Food Trucks only. Please include your menu/type of foods you will be serving. This is merely to pay back field rental and cover garbage costs.

Non-Profit
For Non-Profit Groups Only – Must provide proof of non-profit status. All booths must offer a free item, craft, or activity (no candy) for each child. Some groups are doing carnival-style games. Plan for at least 250 kids, though we hope for more!

Booth Space
For-Profit Vendors – Must provide an item, activity, or giveaway geared toward children. This is a family-focused event. We reserve the right to decline and refund any vendor that does not align with the event’s mission.
